Key Responsibilities

- Analyze engagement data and metrics to optimize content and campaign performance for enhanced audience reach and interaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Plan and oversee social media advertising campaigns, leveraging data analytics to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy; propose new ideas to enhance engagement.
- Interact with users and respond to social media inquiries in a timely manner to build a community and foster customer loyalty.
- Manage relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance advocacy and promotion.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management, showcasing social media impact on overall brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar for content creation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
